  • Instructed Microsoft Official Curriculum technical courses in Windows 2000 and SQL 2000. Covering the aspects of installing, supporting, administering and designing a Windows 2000 network and an Active Directory environment, SQL 2000 administration, performance tuning and database design optimization.
  • Administered a network for staff and students comprising of four servers and twenty workstations which included two distinct domains, Exchange 2000, ISA Server, Vue Testing Service and VPN connections for remote instructors and staff.
