The entire product will consist of various modules pertaining to the different section of the A.G Offices. The integrated software will provide all monthly departmental reports and yearly financial reports. So there is a high degree of dependency among all modules to achieve the end objective. The entire workings of the state AG office starting from the initial entry of the vouchers and challans received from the state treasuries and state/central government departments till the final settlement of the accounts and reporting to the CAG at New Delhi will be covered in the scope of the project. Ltd., Singapore, to study and analysis the existing sports facilities reservation system. Sports facilities Reservation System SFRS will be developed to facilitate the computerized bookings of Singapore Sports Complex SSC facilities for different kinds of customers and different kinds of events. SSC has various types of facilities e.g. Stadiums, Sports Halls, Swimming Complexes etc. which can be booked by various sports associations, Government and private organizations and individuals for different purposes. Each facility may house a number of courts, pools, fields etc. SSC provides the accessories/misc. items required on their facilities to conduct the events that can also be booked by the customers. Apart from that, SSC sells commodities like swim caps, towels, admission tickets to Golf and Gymnasium. SFRS would be able to take care of all such bookings and commodity selling. SFRS would also help SSC to study trends about utilization of their facilities by means of management reports. SFRS will provide a one-stop and cross-center booking of sport facilities. Equipment Tracking System ETS deals with the equipment movement among various centres. This movement is recorded by the various transaction documents. Equipment Tracking System ETS will handle In-house and Subscriber Opening Balance Maintenance & Opening Balance Closing, Batch Transaction, Opening Balance Adjustment, General Adjustment, Batch Transaction Posting, Month End Processing, Fixed Asset Relocation of equipment among various Centres & Locations.
