  • Produced template for user requests. Template to include type of user, i.e. Oracle/Unix, jobs group allocation and database access. Template to be completed by Business Support Group BSG members.
  • Created new users using template. Administered the log of users and databases/business functions allocated.
  • Generated procedure for user creation as a deliverable to the client, for hand-over to client consultant in GUI-II. Procedure to cover BOKS and OED user creation functionality.
  • Produced request form for additional job group allocation. Template to be completed by BSG members.
  • Generated procedure for job group as a deliverable to the client, for hand-over to client consultant in GUI-II.
