  • Managed QA Engineers on the Enterprise team and the deployment testing of all Microtech products. Worked with Development and Product Managers throughout the product cycle to meet release deadlines and to identify target test areas.
  • Authored Test Plans for Enterprise deployment of the iGrafx product suite.   • Authored Test Cases to include prerequisites, detailed directions and descriptions of the anticipated outcome. Automated some Test Cases through advanced DOS batch files and scripts written using Visual Test 4.0.

  • Created, implemented and supported The Genesis Project: a simple, automated method to install a clean OS using advanced DOS batch files with an accompanying CD-Rom. Also utilized PowerQuest Drive Image to create backup images of clean Operating Systems. Provided batch files to Testers with an easy menu driven interface to select the file for restoration, then initialized PowerQuest s image restoration software in an automated mode. Both solutions supported full releases, upgrades, and Service Packs of all Microsoft 32-bit Operating Systems in eight different languages.
