RECENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

On a subcontract to Northrop Grumman serve as Senior Test Engineer for the Department of Defense Worldwide TRICARE Information Center. The call center contract is to implement Oracle Applications: Financials, Customer Relations Management CRM , and Telephony Management OTM on a thin-client intra/internet multi-tiered Oracle network computing architecture NCA . The front-end uses Netscape or Internet Explorer IE on a Windows 2000 or Windows NT workstation. The middle tier consists of Oracle products residing on NT Telephony , IBM AIX, or HP 9000 UNIX servers and connecting to a RAID hosting an Oracle database back-end . Oracle Applications are developed using Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, and Java technologies. Test development and deployment of COTS applications. Conduct front- and back-end, white- and black-box, system, performance, functional, requirements, design, regression, and production-readiness tests. Write and execute test plans, cases and procedures. Design test scenarios and data. It connects to the database using radio frequency RF technology and Java middleware.
