Built the new computer facility for the campus to be used by students, administrators, faculty and staff. It was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Managed a staff of 11 to 14 required to run the facility, and automated operations procedures. Provided training, documentation and conducted various workshops for administrators, faculty and staff.

Started as an intern at Chemical Investments as a software developer on R&D applications then moved into systems administration and operations management. Laboratory automation, software testing, and release management were some of my other responsibilities.
